County Cork, Ireland - May 15, 2004 - Specific Impulse Inc. today announced the general availability of StageOne Engage, a customer relationship management system that provides automated sales lead management, sales lead followup, customer support, and ongoing relationship management. "Since StageOne already automates email campaign management, used to manage mailing lists and drive traffic to a web site, adding web site visitor registration and basic sales force automation through a shared, web-based contact manager was the next logical step," reports Specific Impulse CTO Dr. Chester M. Regen. "When customers stated asking us to extend their web site into their back-office operations, so they could not only continue to document their relationships but also store customer transaction data, we realized that we were building a complete customer care system," added Specific Impulse president Rich Julius. StageOne Engage provides a web-based contact manager that sales, telesales, and back-office staff can share. StageOne Engage also includes forms on the web site that enable visitors to self-register and profile themselves against various criteria . Each new customer can be managed in a workflow process helping to ensure that new leads receive the proper materials and follow-up. Using the contact manager, users store dated notes about each meeting and conversation. The system also tracks and timestamps each web page the customer visits, so staff have a full history of customer visits. "StageOne has excellent activity reporting, down to the individual.
