Specific Impulse Releases StageOne™ Marketing Campaign Management Tools

StageOne Enables Marketing Professionals to Manage Campaigns and Track Responses in Real Time

Silicon Valley, California - March 17, 2003 - Specific Impulse today released a major upgrade to StageOne™ Broadcast, the email campaign solution in the StageOne line of marketing automation tools for small and medium-sized businesses. StageOne now enables companies to manage the full range of marketing campaign activities, from loading and managing mailing lists and tagging demographic information to tracking campaign response rates in real-time while delivering qualified leads to the sales force.

StageOne Broadcast enables marketing staff to track both electronic and traditional campaigns, such as print, billboard, and radio, by driving traffic to special landing pages on the company's web site. These landing pages automatically collect data about each campaign.

StageOne Broadcast can also track personalized direct mail print campaigns, those that identify individuals by including promotional codes or other identifiers as part of the mail-merge addressing process. It can also track email-based direct mail campaign response down to the individual email recipient, without recipients having to enter a promotional code.

Recipients simply click on a hyperlink in the StageOne Broadcast-generated email, and their individual pin code is automatically transmitted to the StageOne campaign tracking server. The campaign and sales lead reports are updated instantly, enabling real-time monitoring. This enables marketing staff to know not only the response to the campaign at every step, including who actually looked at the email, but who is visiting which web site pages as well.
