Outsourcing Strategy Enables Specific Impulse to Reduce StageOne License Fees and Implementation Time

Silicon Valley, California - December 16, 2002 - Specific Impulse Inc. today announced that it has entered into a partnership with Vedams, a California-based software engineering outsourcing company with overseas offices in Hyderabad, India. Under the agreement, Vedams staff will be trained to implement StageOne systems, and will provide quality assurance testing and other technical services to augment Specific Impulse project teams in the United States.
